We've animated Q Pootle 5 into a new dimension! From the bestselling books by children’s author and illustrator Nick Butterworth, Snapper Productions translated the books into a 52x11 minute episodes, picking Blue Zoo to direct & animate the series.
It was imperative we got into the DNA of Nick’s creations to bring warmth and craft to the CG series, that make his books some of children’s favourites. We developed a strict set of rules for all stages of production, established with Nick, to fully understand everything about the world in which they live. The result was a series that stayed true to the original property; fun, charming and endearing.
