Our core mission remains creating characterful content with care and genuine heart. In this challenging climate, our B Corp certification isn't just a badge; it is our anchor, proving that financial sustainability and positive impact must work in tandem.
This year, we have doubled down on that belief. We have strengthened our governance, recertified as a B Corp, and integrated our sister companies to ensure our entire ecosystem stands for quality and positive impact.
Highlights from the past year include:
- Recertification Success: We achieved a new verified B Impact Score of 105.1, a significant increase from our previous score of 85, reflecting improvements across governance, worker care, and environmental stewardship.
- Industry Recognition: We were honoured with a BAFTA Special Award, validating our 25-year legacy and our commitment to elevating the craft of content creation for young audiences.
- Economic Resilience: Marking our 25th year of continuous profitability, we maintained financial stability to protect jobs and independent decision-making despite the wider industry downturn.
- AI Ethics: We launched our "Human-Centric, Tech-Enabled" Manifesto, ensuring AI empowers human creativity rather than replacing it.
- Client Satisfaction: Achieving our highest-ever average feedback scores (5.0/5.0) from partners including the BBC, Netflix, Magic Light Pictures, and Hanna Barbera Studios.
