Time’s running out to apply for a VFX Apprenticeship!

Last week we were really excited to announce that we’re now offering paid VFX Apprenticeship programmes to school and college leavers hoping to break into the VFX and animation industry.

This is great news for a notoriously competitive industry to work in, and costly to train for if you’re paying for University or further education courses.

Fellow VFX and animation studios Framestore, Double Negative, The Mill, Cinesite, One of Us and The Mill are also taking on Apprentices, so there is choice in where you can apply.

The position we are offering is Assistant Technical Director Apprenticeship, and other studios are taking on Junior 2D Artist Apprenticeships as well. Employment will start from September 2017.

The apprenticeships are aimed at those who have recently completed A-levels or a college course, and are not suitable for graduates who have completed a relevant industry degree. For full information please visit NextGen’s website here.

The deadline to apply is Monday 14th August.

In case you missed it, we streamed live from our studio on Facebook last week, to announce the Apprenticeships and give you an insight into studio life! If you'd like to take a look, please click here
